PADEL IN THE UK

Padel is a fast-paced, sociable racket sport that blends the best of tennis and squash. Played in doubles on an enclosed court, it’s incredibly easy to learn and instantly addictive – perfect for beginners and experienced players alike.

With walls in play and shorter rackets, padel is all about strategy, reflexes, and teamwork rather than sheer power – making it great fun for all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re here for fitness, friendly competition, or just a hit-about with friends, padel delivers fast action, big laughs, and a brilliant workout.

Padel is a fast-paced racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It’s played in doubles on an enclosed court, using solid rackets and a ball similar to tennis. The ball can be played off the walls, making rallies longer and the game highly engaging.

Not at all. Padel is easy to pick up for beginners and offers plenty of challenge for experienced players. Our coaching sessions cater to all levels, from complete novices to competitive players.

A match usually lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the format and how competitive the play is. Social matches can be more relaxed, while tournaments may follow a set scoring structure.

All you need is a padel racket, padel balls, and suitable sportswear. If you’re new to the game, Pulse Padel can provide rackets and balls for hire so you can try the sport without having to invest straight away.

Absolutely! Padel is a great sport for all ages. We offer junior coaching and family sessions, making it easy for children to learn the game and enjoy playing together.
