Martin leads Pulse Padel with a focus on community, transparency, and growth. As General Manager and Head Coach at Sevenoaks Padel Centre, he combines hands-on coaching with strategic oversight. With 15+ years as Director of a successful recruitment firm and prior leadership in engineering and construction Recruitment, Martin also brings deep operational expertise across IT, HR, and finance. A qualified LTA Padel Coach and lifelong racket sports enthusiast, he’s also chaired Sevenoaks Badminton Club for over 15 years.

General manager at Tonbridge Golf Centre for over 5 years; Harry oversees the successful addition of padel tennis to the business and has assisted to build a large community on site with coaching, social and competitive offerings. Tonbridge Golf Centre also boasts a driving range, footgolf course and cafe. Harry is a keen sportsperson, regularly playing golf, football, cricket and padel tennis, and is also soon to be an LTA Padel Tennis Coach.

PGA Golf Professional for the past 30 years as a player and coach. Acquired the lease of Swanmead Golf Driving Range in 2001, completed a total refurbishment in 2006 creating Tonbridge Golf Centre. Since then adding multiple revenue streams and activities including Mr Mulligans Dino Golf, American Golf retail, InRange entertainment systems, Padel Tennis, Footgolf and a successful F&B offering. Thus making Tonbridge Golf Centre a unique entertainment destination. Other partnerships included Tunbridge Wells Footgolf and Global Ranges Ltd. Current directorships include Platform 26 Padel Ltd which is a new padel centre and London Golf and Padel Group Ltd a fresh enterprising group that specialises in bringing entertainment projects from conception to completion.

David Knox

After a long and successful career in the city culminating with a senior position within J.P. Morgan Cazenove, he has gone on to build other businesses including an independent economic research consultancy and an impact innovation venture capital firm. David pursues other interests and has other directorships including in the voluntary sector and in particular involving young people and sport. He is a Masters hockey regional coach and national level manager and still plays hockey at a high level, plus has representative honours at numerous age group levels. On top of that is also a Chair of Golf at Wildernesse Golf Club.

Terry is the founder and owner of Castacrete Ltd, and has over 60 years experience in business, having built Castacrete up from scratch to the successful company it is today. One of Terry’s more recent acquisitions is Hawley Garden Centre in Dartford which will soon be home to its own Pulse Padel branch. In his youth Terry was an active badminton and squash player, and is a keen swimmer.

Starting his career as a quantity surveyor, John has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. John has also owned and operated 2 successful leisure clubs in the UK. John’s first company was recognized as the 38th fastest growing company in the Sunday Times’ Fast Tract 100’ ranking in 2006.

Nick began his career in the design engineering industry, specialising in automotive and aviation sectors, he later transitioned into commercial and leadership roles. Over the past eight years, Nick has been immersed in the concrete manufacturing and importing industry, supplying high-quality natural stones and porcelains to the UK market. Outside of work, Nick has a long-standing passion for football and motorsport. Having played club football from the age of five, he now enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.

A passionate player of padel, badminton, and table tennis, Keira understands the culture from the inside out. Her instinct for storytelling and trend-spotting helps Pulse Padel connect with players and partners in meaningful ways—whether it’s through reels, match highlights, or behind-thescenes team moments.

We’re a local, family-run company passionate about bringing the fastest-growing sport in the world to communities across the UK. Our team combines experience in sport, coaching, business, and events to create welcoming padel venues for everyone.

We have exciting venues open and more in development across Kent and the UK. Each club is designed to offer top-quality courts, coaching, and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Alongside court hire, we run coaching sessions, social matches, tournaments, and events for players of all ages and levels. Many venues also have great on-site facilities, from cafés to retail areas.

You can join in by booking a court, signing up for coaching, entering social play, or even partnering with us to bring padel to your area. Just get in touch — we love welcoming new players and partners.
